Please let us know whether you will be needing hotel accommodations. Based on your reply, we will provide a group rate at a select number of locations and coordinate the transportation to/from the airport and the event venue.

We're planning on hosting a cocktail reception at a local restaurant/bar after the event (around 5:00pm) and need an accurate count of people who will be joining us. Please don't answer unless you know for sure!
